I was visiting San Francisco for a week, and then on down to Carmel for a visit last month. I was looking at real estate and thinking about how I could afford to live these again.
Why.....I closed my company after years of our hard work and discovery of hydrocarbons, we were suddenly told we could longer drill after taking substantial risks and maintaining pristine locations enough to satisfy the most important and successful conservation groups of Ducks Unlimited and Nature Conservancy! Left Coast wonders why they pay more for oil & gas products and have less than reliable electricity service. I was tired of placing my thumb(or other appendage) in a position to be hit with hammer! During the times that parts of California advanced to position of waste dumps & sewage farms, Singapore was able to transform itself from swamp to a beacon of good living & technical excellence. Hmmmm
