Dude, see you there on the backroads cos the NE Georgia Mountains are our happy place and one we return to again and again for a renewal of our sense of wonder at Nature’s bounty and an attitude of gratitude…
I'm not on X or Facebook or any online social platform for that matter.
Consequently, I appreciated your poignant explanation of the wonderment being expressed on X by a resident of Germany awed by the charm and conveniences he's finding in America.
It's akin to complementing harried persons too busy to appreciate their good health, especially since if you're healthy, you're wealthy.
Do not use X ever so I cannot see what you are re-telling us here but I’ll take your word for it and your point is well taken…since we live here, exploring NE Georgia, Eastern Tennessee and Western NC are one of our favorite pastimes using two-lane roads whether it is in the motorhome or pick-em-up truck always leading us to great little gems along the way…I could wax poetical about the wonders we all here are blessed with but suffice to say, we have much to be thankful and grateful for these days…
Thanks for this.
You’re welcome. Thanks to you too.
That German tourist account on X is my favorite follow right now. He reminded me I’m overdue for a trip to the north GA mountains

This is great! Yes! Scrolling through his feed and seeing his posts pop on my tl really did feel like I drank an elixir.
Thank you very much.
Bookmarked.
I’ve seen this guy lately. There’s also a viral South African & a viral Scotsman doing similar things.
